{"id":216139,"date":"2024-10-19T14:01:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T14:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-165082015\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T07:04:10","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T07:04:10","slug":"bs-en-165082015","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-165082015\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN 16508:2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This European Standard specifies performance requirements and design methods for temporary roofs and encapsulations.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to form the constructions in several ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>temporary roof which is supported by an existing permanent construction ( <span class=\"xref\">Figure&nbsp;1<\/span>);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>temporary roof which is supported by a scaffold ( <span class=\"xref\">Figure&nbsp;2<\/span> and <span class=\"xref\">3<\/span>);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>temporary roof which is supported by another temporary construction (e.g. steel frame);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>temporary wall which is supported by a separate construction ( <span class=\"xref\">Figure&nbsp;4<\/span>);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>encapsulation which is a complete temporary construction including roof, walls and corresponding temporary supports ( <span class=\"xref\">Figure&nbsp;5<\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This European Standard sets out general requirements. These are substantially independent of the materials of which the construction is made.
