{"id":343513,"date":"2024-10-20T00:06:44","date_gmt":"2024-10-20T00:06:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-iso-280012007\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T23:24:59","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T23:24:59","slug":"bs-iso-280012007","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-iso-280012007\/","title":{"rendered":"BS ISO 28001:2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This International Standard provides requirements and guidance for organizations in international supply chains to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>develop and implement supply chain security processes;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>establish and document a minimum level of security within a supply chain(s) or segment of a supply chain;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>assist in meeting the applicable authorized economic operator (AEO) criteria set forth in the World Customs Organization Framework of Standards and conforming national supply chain security programmes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>NOTE Only a participating National Customs Agency can designate organizations as AEOs in accordance with its supply chain security programme and its attendant certification and validation requirements.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In addition, this International Standard establishes certain documentation requirements that would permit verification.<\/p>\n<p>Users of this International Standard will<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>define the portion of an international supply chain within which they have established security (see 4.1);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>conduct security assessments on that portion of the supply chain and develop adequate countermeasures;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>develop and implement a supply chain security plan;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>train security personnel in their security related duties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>Security management systems for the supply chain.
