Loss of optical continuity, either during or at the end of<br \/>\nthe test,<\/p>\n<p>b. Fiber breakage or damage,<\/p>\n<p>c. Breakage of other components,<\/p>\n<p>d. Loss of component integrity,<\/p>\n<p>e.
