This is the consolidated version of EN 1677-4:2000 and includes the amendment A1:2008. This standard specifies requirements, mechanical properties and test procedures for welded and forged links of grade 8 for working load limits from 0,25 to 132 tons for chain slings, steel wire rope slings and textile slings.
