IEC 60092 forms a series of international standards for electrical installations in sea-goingships, incorporating good practice and coordinating, as far as possible, existing rules. This part (504) of the series specifies electrical, electronic and programmable installations and devices for automation, control, monitoring and alarm as well as safety and protection systems for use on ships.
