1.1<\/span> This test method2<\/span><\/span> covers the determination of the compatibility of automotive gear oils with specific nitrile, polyacrylate, and fluoroelastomer oil seal materials.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

1.2<\/span> Users of this test method should obtain Test Methods D412<\/span>, D471<\/span>, and D2240<\/span> and become familiar with their use before proceeding with this test method.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
