\n Significance and Use <\/b><\/p>\n

This method evaluates tensile breaking force of geonets for the purposes of quality control and quality assurance. Testing is performed parallel to the machine direction only for that is the primary direction that geonets witnesses tensile loading. This method is an index test and is not intended for design purposes.<\/p>\n

1. Scope <\/b><\/p>\n

1.1 This test method is used to measure the breaking force of a Geonet.<\/p>\n

1.2 This test is applicable for manufacturing quality control (MQC) and construction quality assurance (CQA) testing and is not recommended as a performance test.<\/p>\n

1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.<\/p>\n
