{"id":262398,"date":"2024-10-19T17:24:15","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T17:24:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-12007-22012\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T13:14:34","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T13:14:34","slug":"bs-en-12007-22012","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-12007-22012\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN 12007-2:2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This European Standard describes the specific functional requirements for polyethylene (PE) pipelines in addition to the general functional requirements of EN 12007-1 for:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\">\n<li>\n<p>a maximum operating pressure (MOP) up to and including 10 bar;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>an operating temperature between -20 \u00b0C and +40 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This European Standard covers three types of pipe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>PE pipes including any identification stripes;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>PE pipes with co-extruded layers on either or both the outside and\/or inside of the pipe;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>PE pipes with a peelable, contiguous thermoplastics additional layer on the outside of the pipe.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This European Standard specifies common basic principles for gas infrastructure. Users of this European Standard should be aware that more detailed national standards and\/or code of practice may exist in the CEN member countries. This European Standard is intended to be applied in association with these national standards and\/or codes of practice setting out the above-mentioned basic principles.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of conflicts in terms of more restrictive requirements in national legislation\/regulation with the requirements of this European Standard, the national legislation\/regulation takes precedence as illustrated in CEN\/TR 13737 (all parts).<\/p>\n<p>CEN\/TR 13737 (all parts) give:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>clarification of all legislations\/regulations applicable in a member state;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>if appropriate, more restrictive national requirements;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>a national contact point for the latest information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>Gas infrastructure.
