The parameters covered provide material, construction,<br \/>\nand performance requirements. <\/p>\n<p>Because this Standard does not cover all details of individual<br \/>\nwire design, it cannot be used as a single document for procurement<br \/>\nof product. It is intended to be used in conjunction with an<br \/>\nindividual product specification that provides complete design<br \/>\ndetails for the specific wire type and designates the applicable<br \/>\nperformance requirements. Such individual wire specifications may<br \/>\nbe prepared either by the user or the manufacturer.
