When a building contains more than one of the occupancy classifications set forth in R.S. 37:155(4)(f), the gross floor area shall be calculated by performing the following calculations. <br \/> 1. Divide the gross floor area of each of the occupancy classifications by the corresponding threshold of each, as established in R.S. 37:155(4)(f).  Round off the resultants to four decimal points. <br \/> 2. Add the results of each of the above calculations.  <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>12<b><\/td>\n<td>3. If the total exceeds 1.0000, the building shall be determined to exceed the gross floor areas established in R.S. 37:155(4)(f). <br \/> a.
