However, this document does not designate a procedure for constructing smart transportation facilities.<\/p>\n<div class=\"non-normative-note\">\n<div class=\"note-label\">\n   NOTE\n  <\/div>\n<p>\u201cOne-day trip\u201d means travel from an origin to a destination and back to the origin on the same day.
