It is the second edition of CAN\/CSA-C22.2 No. 62133, and the second edition of UL 62133. This edition of CAN\/CSA-C22.2 No. 62133 supersedes the previous edition published November 2013 as CAN\/CSA-E62133 (adopted IEC 62133:2012). This edition of UL 62133 supersedes the previous edition published on January 9, 2015.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This harmonized standard is based on IEC Publication 62133: second edition Secondary Cells and Batteries Containing Alkaline or Other Non-Acid Electrolytes \u2013 Safety Requirements for Portable Sealed Secondary Cells, and for Batteries Made From Them, for Use in Portable Applications issued 12\u20132012, as revised by IEC Corrigendum 1 issued 06\u20132013.
